Store Feature :
Manufacturers can now showcase ready-made products and pre-orderable items, making it easy for clients to purchase them at fixed prices.
Benefit: Manufacturers can increase their sales by offering a wider range of products, and clients can conveniently purchase items at set prices without negotiation.
Enhancements:
In this release, we’ve made several enhancements to improve your experience:
Bug Fix: Resolved a bug in the store API that was causing errors when creating posts.
Ratings Feature:
Clients can leave ratings on manufacturer profiles, allowing users to assess the reputation and quality of services.
Benefit: Clients can make more informed decisions when choosing manufacturers, and manufacturers can build trust and credibility.
Automation :
Manufacturers can now set up automated pricing systems for shipping and manage prices, discounts, and special promotions.
Benefit: Manufacturers can streamline their pricing processes, reduce manual work, and offer competitive rates to clients, leading to increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Fixes in Automation:
Date Error: Fixed an error that allows manufacturers to choose an end date that comes before the start date
Success Message: Fixed an error with the success message display after setting a discount campaign.
Completing a Demand Email Notification
Completing a demand will now trigger an email notification for both customers and manufacturers.
Benefit: Users will receive timely notifications when demands are completed, enhancing communication and ensuring everyone stays informed.
Cashout Requests for Delivered and Completed Orders :
Manufacturers can now make cashout requests for both delivered and completed orders.
Benefit: Manufacturers have more flexibility in managing their finances, making it easier to request payments for their completed work.
Supporting New Status ‘Completed’ for Orders:
We have introduced a new status ‘completed’ for orders, where delivered demands will be verified from the admin side.
Benefit: This new status improves order management, allowing for better tracking and verification of completed orders
For clients and manufacturers:
We have introduced features to benefit both clients and manufacturers:
Reviews Feature:
Clients can leave reviews on manufacturers they have ordered from, and manufacturers can view these reviews on their profile.
Notification Feature:
Users will receive notifications for new messages, quotes, and interactions within the platform, with push notifications appearing when the site is open.
Manufacturer Activity Status:
Manufacturers can toggle their activity status, allowing clients to see if they are currently active or not.
Magic Link:
Users can now receive a login link via email for easy access and onboarding. We’ve also added signup functionality to this feature that allows you to streamline the sign up.
Bug Fix: The magic link is now clickable in the social register email template.
Design Improvements and Fixes:
We’ve made various design improvements and fixes for a better user experience:
- Changed map zoom in the “About ” page of the manufacturer network.
- Added a loading animation to the “Calculate Price” feature in the automation page.
- Adjusted button position in the map section in the contact tab of user profiles.
- Stopped displaying manufacturer email to clients in quotes and orders.
- Increased the size of popups in the manufacturer dashboard when creating a quote.
- Removed price shipping info from the general IQ.
Other Bug Fixes:
We’ve also resolved some additional issues:
- Fixed a profile picture bug in messages for both users and manufacturers.
- Resolved a bug in quote filtering in the client dashboard to filter pending, received, and canceled quote orders.
- Cancelled Demands Bug Fix: Resolved a bug where cancelled demands were missing from the system, ensuring accurate demand tracking.
